a collective bargaining agreement, and learn how to:
- Handle employee gripes and complaints before they become grievances
- Read, analyze and interpret contract language
- Apply and protect "management rights"
- Handle both contractual and disciplinary grievances
- Conduct grievance meetings and track grievances
- Prepare for arbitration
