This program examines employee substance abuse and its effect on performance, efficiency, and morale. We will teach participants:

• How to recognize the signs of drug and alcohol abuse
• When the employer can order drug and alcohol testing
• What options are available when an employee refuses to submit to a test, or tampers with the test
• The benefits of Employee Assistance Programs
