How to Avoid Charges of Discrimination
Learn how to avoid complaints and litigation based on age, sex, race, national origin, religion,
handicap, and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Participants will examine the standards for
liability, and what is at stake. They will learn how to:
- Apply preventative and remedial actions
- Determine who is covered and what is protected
- Receive and investigate complaints of discrimination
- Prepare for an EEOC or state investigation, mediation, or hearing
