Jim advises clients in human resource management and regulatory compliance.  He also assists clients in the development of personnel policies, standard operating procedures, classification specifications, and job descriptions.  Jim has experience in employee interview techniques and employee audits.  He received his B.A. in Human Resource Management from Miami University and minored in Business Legal Studies.
