Tanya represents employers in personnel matters, negotiations, and employee audits. She is experienced in policy and procedures development, Ohio Civil Rights compliance and representation, Equal Employment Opportunity compliance, and federal and state regulatory compliance. Ms. Nardone received her J.D. from Capital University School of Law in Columbus, Ohio, and her B.A. from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. She formerly served as an Assistant Attorney General in Ohio, as an Assistant State Attorney and an Equal Opportunity Analyst in Fort Myers, Florida.
