Allison M. Lawrence, a Senior Consultant with Clemans Nelson, assists clients in general management consulting services, development of job descriptions and classification plans, labor relations, policy development, investigation of EEOC complaints, and regulatory compliance. Allison graduated summa cum laude from Lourdes College with a B.A. in Human Resource Management.  She also received her Juris Doctor from the University of Toledo College of Law, and has over three years of experience conducting legal research and analysis.
