Howard is Executive Vice-President and a member of Clemans Nelson's
Board of Directors. Howard has over 28 years experience in
business, health care, public and private sector employer representation,
labor negotiations and arbitration, personnel system analysis, employee
relations audits, and regulatory compliance. Howard specializes in handling
complex personnel matters for clients, including highly sensitive
negotiations, and provides general management consulting on strategic
planning. Howard did his undergraduate work in Management & Employee
Relations at The University of Akron. He was formerly Director of
Negotiations and
Contract Administration for a statewide organization. Howard is a frequent
lecturer to national and state associations on labor matters.
