Rick represents employers in negotiations and arbitrations, and assists
clients with EEOC, civil rights, and state and federal regulatory
compliance. Rick has conducted employee relations audits, and has assisted
clients in developing all aspects of a total human resource management
system. He is a frequent lecturer at The Ohio State University, and
before many state and national associations on FLSA, labor, and employment
matters. He received his J.D. from the University of
Dayton School of Law, and his B.A. from Wittenberg University.
