Ken has over 22 years' experience in labor negotiations, contract
administration, and handling grievances and arbitrations. Ken has conducted
personnel systems analyses, employee relations audits, union election
campaigns, and has assisted clients with all aspects of regulatory compliance.
He has developed, revised, and refined all the components of a human
resource management system for several different employers and
organizations. Ken received his B.A. from Ohio Northern University. Earlier
in his career, Ken was a teacher and now is very effective in conducting
management and supervisory training and development programs.
