John is Vice-President and Secretary to the Corporation, and is a member of Clemans Nelson's Board of Directors. John has over 25 years' experience in labor relations, negotiations, management, health care, organizational and operational analysis, and employee relation audits and assessments. John has represented employers in hundreds of successful labor negotiations and regularly assists clients in handling discipline and grievance issues. John provides general consulting services and is adept at assisting clients in developing total human resource management systems. He received his B.A. from Ohio Northern University and formerly served as Personnel Director and Safety Service Director for a municipality.
