Mark is President, CEO, and Chairman of Clemans Nelson's Board of Directors. He has over 23 years' of experience in labor negotiations and arbitrations, business management, organizational and operational analysis, strategic planning, employee relations, and state and federal regulatory compliance. Mark has assisted numerous employers in developing comprehensive human resource management systems and regularly advises clients regarding personnel, labor relations, and other employment issues. He has served on the State Employment Relations Board's Steering Committee for Legislative Reform and has made presentations at various employer conferences. Mark received his B.A. in Business Administration from Adrian College and his Juris Doctor from The Ohio State University College of Law.
