Charlie is Director of Labor Relations and is a member of Clemans Nelson's Board of Directors. He is responsible for quality control of the firm's negotiation and arbitration services. Charlie has enjoyed a distinguished career representing employers in negotiations and arbitration proceedings for over 27 years. His volume of arbitration experience and winning percentage is unparalleled in the industry, and he is well known and respected by other arbitration professionals. Charlie also provides general consulting services to clients and ranks arbitrators, fact-finders, and conciliators for selection. Charlie formerly served as a regional manager for a statewide association. He is a graduate of the University of Akron with a B.S. in Psychology. Charlie has also lectured extensively on labor relations issues.
