Cindy has over 10 years experience in developing job descriptions and
classification plans, performance evaluation systems, compensation plans,
personnel policy manuals, employee handbooks, and wage and benefit
comparative analyses. She prepares labor cost analyses, obtains, compiles,
organizes, and prepares data for use in negotiation, fact-finding, and
arbitration presentations. She regularly advises clients on state and
federal compliance issues. Cindy did her undergraduate work in Business
Administration at The Ohio State University, and is certified as a Senior
Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
