Don is an Account Manager and serves as a member of Clemans Nelson's Board of Directors. He has over 30 years' experience in business management, labor relations, and human resources management. His labor relations experience includes hundreds of successful labor negotiations as well as extensive experience handling grievance arbitrations in both the public and private sectors. Don is a graduate of The Ohio State University where he received his degree in Business Management and Industrial Relations. Don served as Director of Labor Relations and Manager of Employee Relations for two major corporations prior to joining Clemans Nelson in 1985 as a Senior Consultant.
