Marty has over 23 years' experience managing major projects, analyzing clients' needs, and developing solutions to client problems. Marty is experienced in developing and implementing total human resource management systems including classification plans, job descriptions, policy manuals, employee handbooks, performance evaluations, and other system components for all sized employers. Marty is also well versed in regulatory compliance, employee discipline matters, and resolution of grievances. He has served as chief spokesperson in numerous labor negotiations, and advises clients daily on labor relations and personnel matters. Marty received his undergraduate and graduate degrees from Kent State University.
