Sandy has over 26 years' experience in labor negotiations, contract administration, and handling grievances and arbitrations. Sandy is skilled in conducting organizational analyses, union election campaigns, FLSA audits, employee relations audits, and in assisting clients with regulatory compliance. She has assisted numerous clients in developing their human resource management systems. Sandy received her B.A. from Lake Erie College where she majored in Business Administration with a minor in Organizational Management. Sandy formerly served as personnel administrator for a major municipality and as a staff representative for a statewide association.
