Todd advises clients in human resource management, labor management, contract negotiations, fact-finding, and arbitration. He is skilled in conducting organizational analyses, equal employment opportunity and civil rights compliance, and hiring of top managerial positions. He is a former human resource director for an Ohio municipality, and also for a large customer service company. Todd holds a B.A. from The Ohio State Univeristy in Business Administration and Psychology.
