Clemans Nelson presents seminars throughout the year on employment related issues that are timely and topical. Our seminars are highly acclaimed as programs that don't just offer a lot of theory, but provide employers with practical solutions to problems they face everyday. Supervisory and Management Development Training

This is a series of supervisory management development training programs designed for both new and experienced supervisors and managers. Participants will learn the role and function of a supervisor or manager and through lecture and discussion learn the skills necessary to effectively supervise your employees. Training sessions start at 8:30 a.m. and end at 12:00 p.m. and include breaks. Civil Service Symposium: 2008

This seminar is a collaborative effort by three of the biggest names in municipal government today: The Ohio Municipal League, the Ohio Municipal Attorneys Association, and Clemans Nelson and Assoc. Each will bring its expertise to this program to shed light on the mysteries and "gray areas" of civil service law. This program will cover not only the basics, but the key cases and concepts that you, as a practitioner, need to know in order to survive.
