Our consultants will assist you in developing a policy that prohibits sexual harassment and meets regulatory guidelines. We will conduct on-site training for employee and supervisory staff to help reduce your exposure. We can either assist with or conduct internal investigations, aid you in responding to the complaint, or help mediate a satisfactory settlement.
