Affirmative Action Plan

Many federal and state agencies require recipients of grants to have an Affirmative Action Plan (AAP) in place in order to qualify for funding. Our staff will assist you in developing an AAP that addresses grant requirements, and analyzes the employment makeup of your organization in comparison to your community. Your AAP will provide you with information to respond to inquiries by regulatory agencies without establishing any type of employment quota system.
