Somany joined Clemans Nelson in 2017 and is a Senior Consultant. Prior to joining Clemans Nelson, Somany worked for a law firm and also clerked for several years in a County Public Defender’s office. Somany works with clients on various employment and human resource management issues, compensation plans, and wage surveys. Somany received her M.B.A. from Capital University in Finance, and her B.A. from Muskingum University with dual majors in Accounting and Political Science. Somany is a member of the Ohio Public Employer Labor Relations Association (OHPELRA).
